You will support planning and execution of logistics activities across Pakistan. You will coordinate transport, warehouse and distribution tasks to ensure timely and safe delivery. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to solve problems and improve processes. We value clear communication, practical problem solving, and a team mindset. Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on logistics performance, including inventory, shipments and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate daily operations with warehouses, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate records and support ERP or warehouse management system updates.
• Support inbound and outbound shipment planning to meet demand and reduce delays.
• Help identify root causes of disruptions and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Contribute to projects that improve processes, reduce cost, and increase reliability.
  
  
  

Education, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2- 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation or supply chain.
• Practical experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Experience with inventory control and demand planning activities.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and carrier management in Pakistan.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Kaizen.
• Experience building or using reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Prior exposure to regulated supply chains or quality systems.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment but primarily on-site for operational needs.
  
  
  

Work Arrangement

This role is on-site in Pakistan with occasional hybrid flexibility subject to business needs and manager agreement.
