Job Description

1. Product Management: Lead and manage CX and AI products from inception to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. 2. Project Execution: Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring a structured and disciplined approach to execution. 3. Cross-functional Coordination: Gain exposure to complex, cross-functional challenges, translating them into AI-driven solutions. 4. Data reporting: Automate AI performance reporting pipelines, with dashboards and insights tailored for leadership teams. 5. Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure product performance. 6. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve product development processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality. 7. Structured & Systematic Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze complex business challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop logical solutions. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and metrics to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders. 9. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact project timelines or product quality, and develop mitigation plans. 10. Bug Reporting & Fixing: Manage all the CXP system bugs & report to its right platform owner & help to resolve to run smooth operations

Position Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, AI or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years in product management, project management, preferably in E-commerce or AI domain. • Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and results-oriented approach. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Knowledge of SQL/Python or other programming languages is a plus.
