Assistant Manager - Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and result-driven "Assistant Manager - Marketing" to join our dynamic team and set up our Marketing Department at exceptional level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the management team to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth objectives. The ideal candidate should possess experience of service-based industry preferably fintech, audit and assurance or IT.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans from the scratch and marketing strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
• Plan, execute, and lead marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Prepare reports and presentations based on market research findings.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, emails, and marketing collaterals.
• Manage the firm's social media presence and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and online visibility. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Manage promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions and other marketing events with budget allocation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to expand the firm's network.
