Hire My Tech is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our clients Medical Billing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing processes, team management, and a flair for sales. This role requires efficient handling of billing operations, ensuring timely collections, and driving process improvements.

- Oversee day-to-day medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing standards.
- Manage and lead a team of billing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of claims, follow-up on denials, and handle escalations.
- Analyze billing trends and implement process improvements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Generate reports on billing performance, collections, and outstanding claims.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and billing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in English in language skills.
- Sales experience is required.
- Familiarity with medical billing software and EHR systems.
- Basic sales experience or exposure to business development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
