Job Summary

  • Developing System strategies, direction, and objectives for Collections and Recoveries in line with Group/Country Collections Standards and Policies.
  • Responsible for managing Collection systems (CACS & Dialer) and UAT’s.
  • Responsible to enhance productivity and effectiveness through Collection system strategies, capacity requirement, processes, tools, analytics & MIS.
  • Responsible for SAS based Models and assisting stakeholders for new development. SAS Coordinator for Collections and Recoveries department.
  • Responsible for alignment of CACS & Dialer parameters with Group baseline and Country Collections Strategy.
  • Scorecard Models implementation with respect to Bureau and other respective financial & delinquent triggers.
  • Process Improvements by automate/semi automate the MIS processes to increase efficiency & productivity, which mitigate the risk of inaccuracy.
  • To enable the business to achieve its financial targets with data driven decisions & strategies.
  • Ensuring MIS is compliant with Group Standards and the relevant risk mitigation controls are in place.
  • SAS based programs and analytical dashboards. Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency. Implementation of collection process flow through best practices sharing.
  • Provide Ad-hoc and routine reports/MIS to the Group senior management which helps in defining the new strategies which benefits in terms of efficiency & Productivity.
  • Ensure ongoing training for new changes and developments in Collection Systems.
  • To review process and align with Operational Risk Framework. Highlight areas of Operations and develop appropriate controls. Ensure monthly reporting as per ORF requirement.
  • Productivity & efficiency Analysis through CACS and Dialer MIS’s.
  • Compliant & register all automated MIS & Projects with EUC.
  • Development of Monthly & weekly dash boards for Senior Management to gage the Performance & KPI of Supervisors and collection Officers.
  • Organization of data for monthly performance reviews with CCH, Regional and Group Collections.
  • Ensure ongoing training for new changes and developments in Collection Systems.
  • To review process and align with Operational Risk Framework. Highlight areas of Operations and develop appropriate controls. Ensure monthly reporting as per ORF requirement.
  • Responsible for all Projects, UAT’s and system enhancement according to business need.
