The position is responsible to maintain employee master data, employee payroll management (benefit administration) & reporting and providing support in HR analytics and reporting.

Qualifications:
Professional Degree holder/BBA/MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR preferably in a similar role
- Strong and in-depth knowledge of MS Office, SAP and HRIS
- Strong Analytical and Data Management Skills
- A can do attitude with passion to excel and collaborate with different teams across the HR Department

Vacancy description- Management of Employee Master Data Maintenance in Horizon i.e. SAP SuccessFactors / Decibel / Other systems related to employees
- Responsible for Hiring a new joiner, facilitate transfer, separation etc. in Horizon
- Responsible for running monthly analysis for the HR Analytics and Reporting
- Employee Payroll Management (Benefit Administration) and respective reporting on monthly basis
- Proactively partner with HRBPs to ensure data hygiene (accuracy & completeness) on monthly basis
