Purpose

To perform all trade financing related tasks.

Education

ACCA Affiliate/ BBA Finance with 1-2 Years of relevant experience.

Experience

• Understanding of financial analysis concepts and techniques enabling high level critical thinking to identify links and discern critical issues.
• Ability to analyze and challenge the financial information.
• Understanding of the cash management, trade finance and treasury management skills.
• Knowledge of advanced Ms Excel techniques and skills to organize and analyze data.
• In addition accounting and SAP knowledge for proper record keeping is required.
• Effective communication and influencing skills required for liaison with banks.
  
  

Area Of Responsibilities

• Scrutiny of documents received for Airway Bill/ Bill of Lading endorsement on timely basis, preparation of request and submission of request to bank.
• Responsible to arrange and review DP against requested documents.
• Responsible for execution of AWB/BL endorsement request to ensure that endorsed document is received timely against cash margin(if required). 4. Ensuring the margin is held in saving accounts.
• Responsible for review of document intimation request received from bank.
• Timely prepare documents and submit to bank for processing.
• Responsible for timely settlement of requested document after negotiated the best possible foreign rates with treasury.
• Ensure that cash margin is released if already held against requested documents at the time of endorsements.
• Responsible for timely review of relevant LC/ Amendment request.
• Responsible for timely preparation of requested documents and submission to banks.
• Responsible for request execution, sharing vendor comments and bank queries and obtain SWIFT from bank to share with respective department. 12. Ensure simultaneous issuance of FI against LC
• Maintaining proper MIS of all data for effective record keeping assuring compliance with data retention policy and analysis of TAT.
• Maintaining strong banking relationship with trade team of banks for timely execution of transaction.
• Timely posting of entries in SAP along with proper data maintenance. 16. Improve the process by aligning relevant departments so that transactions are processed smoothly.
