Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to help improve efficiency and cut costs across the company. You’ll assist with day-to-day operations, streamline processes, ensure compliance, manage staff, and work with vendors and suppliers. The right candidate should have some experience in operations, good communication skills, and be able to help lead teams to reach company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Help create, update, and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage travel arrangements for employees and executives.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Help resolve day-to-day operational issues as they arise.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare simple reports or updates for management on ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.

Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong at building relationships, both inside and outside the company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
