Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with tech points of contact to drive the development and enhancement of the HP,My Account, and Cart modules.
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure product developments are clearly defined, feasible, and aligned with business goals and follow up with the tech POCs.
  • Analyze module performance data and user behavior to identify gaps, drop-off points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Propose and prioritize new feature developments and optimizations based on user engagement insights.
  • Research market trends and competitor platforms to bring in fresh, strategic ideas for marketing-led product enhancements.
  • Build smart, data-driven logic to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion within the targeted modules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including tech, design, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution and feasibility of initiatives.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of prior experience in Product Operations, Process Optimization, or Platform Services within a fast paced, scaling environment. (Experience in an e-commerce background is an added advantage)
  • A structured thinker who can design and implement scalable, long-term solutions and solid understanding of user engagement metrics and product lifecycle.
  • Experience in drafting clear and actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for improving user experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
