Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a sales agent located in Lahore. The Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing excellent customer support, and assisting in software development projects. Other responsibilities include collaborating with team members, conducting market research, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, client management, and relationship building
• Proficiency in software development, coding, and technical troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in BPO or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
