Job Summary

The Associate, Conduct Financial Crime Compliance,Governance position is responsible to assist Chief Compliance Officer to manage the administrative activities, correspondence, analysis and trackers

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Financial Crime Compliance Governance related activities e.g., Spot check/ health checks
  • People & budget management
  • Coordination with the central bank
  • Coordination with country & regional stakeholders for Conduct Financial Crime Compliance Governance reporting
  • Administrative / Logistics / Cost management
  • Secretarial (calendar management, internal/ external meeting arrangements)
  • Arrange hiring approvals / raise job requisitions /Schedule interviews & follow up
  • Tracking of Production orders
  • Manage Conduct Financial Crime Compliance Governance Events/ Team engagement/ Regional & Group visits planning and preparations
  • Manage State Bank of Pakistan complaints
  • Departmental Coordination.
  • Management Information Systems / Trackers of regulatory correspondence made through letters / emails.
  • Filing of letters.
  • Keep up to date records for relevant trackers & Management information systems & track not implemented regulations.
  • Share the Management Information with relevant business stakeholders and Conduct Financial Crime Compliance Governance colleagues
  • To ensure adherence with Managing and Implementing Regulatory Change Process and other Compliance owned processes.
  • To track the overdue regulatory commitments etc.
