Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Skilled in Trial Balance preparation, ledger management, and monthly closings in ERP system.
  • Compliance with Tax and corporate Laws, tax Payments, Withholding Tax statements, Annual Income Tax return of the company, monthly Sales Tax Returns and adjustment of input taxes. Dealing with Tax Authority and consultants.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage provident fund operations including member contributions, investment of funds, accounting, compliance, and preparation of financial statements in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts receivable management and relevant exchange loss calculations.
  • Assist in the preparation of information on a timely basis for audits, taxes, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by seniors.


Required Qualifications

  • ACCA, CA inter with articles, MBA Accounting Finance, M. Com or equivalent.
  • Up to 5-6 years of experience in accounts and finance.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, but also as part of a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience of NPO and handling grand based projects will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite with an understanding of the role of IT in management; knowledge of ERP is a strong plus.
