Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads, business opportunities, and strategic prospects.
• Assist in designing and executing outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, client presentations, and follow-up documentation.
• Update and maintain CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365) to track leads, interactions, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Schedule and coordinate client calls, product demos, and discovery meetings.
• Analyze industry trends and competitors to support strategic positioning.
• Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) and document key insights and action items.

What We’re Looking For

• Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• A genuine interest in sales, client engagement, and business growth strategy, especially within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
