- Assist in analyzing customer's business requirements, needs, and objectives to design the solution
- Assist in preparing solution design and performing gap analysis for critical business requirements not mapped on standard ERP
- Assist in preparing functional specifications for gaps that require customization for the technical team
- Assist in conducting process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the solution to the client
- Assist in developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and enable customers to perform UAT and resolve issues encountered
- Assist in developing data migration strategy and templates and lead the entire activity of uploading the data in ERP
- Ensure smooth and timely cut-over to ERP by mitigating the risks identified in Data Migration and earlier phases of implementation
- Provide post-go-live support and upsell further support, if needed
- Should have prior experience of full life-cycle or participation (2 to 4) implementations focusing on Financials, Supply Chain (Inventory & Procurement), Sales, Manufacturing, and CRM functional areas of any ERP
