Reports To: Founder & CEO (functional) / Growth & CX Lead (day-to-day)

Salary Range: Up To PKRXk per month (depending on experience and fit) + performance incentives

Role Purpose

 

Mission:

Turn Aidapt’s AI-first workflow and tool-orchestration micro-services into a steady stream of new clients and revenue by:

 

  • Bidding on the right jobs on Upwork
  • Hunting for opportunities in Facebook groups and other communities
  • Selling tightly scoped micro-projects around:
  • Hiring Systems (Intake, AI Scoring, Trial Systems)
  • Sales Administration (Customized CRMs, AI Asset Generators, AI Nurture Systems)
  • Lead Generation (AI Cold Email Systems, Application Systems, Content Systems)
  • Project Management (AI Automated Fulfilment, AI Onboarding Systems, PM Systems)

 

…then laddering these wins into larger Aidapt engagements.

 

Why this role matters:

 

  • Creates low-friction entry points into Aidapt through small, high-value systems projects.
  • Generates proof-of-value and case studies that support Story Books and sales.
  • Opens doors for CX, Engineering and Data squads to expand from “one workflow” into “whole operating systems”.

 

Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

 

At Aidapt, everyone is measured on value and consumption, not just activity.

 

1. Pipeline & Revenue Outcomes

 

  • Within 2–3 months, consistently generate 15–25 qualified micro-service opportunities per month across platforms and communities.
  • Close 5+ paid micro-service deals per month in the 4 focus lanes above.
  • Convert at least 30% of micro-service clients into follow-on work within 3–6 months (extra workflows, additional tools, discovery sprints, retainers).

 

2. Delivery & Client Experience Outcomes

 

  • Maintain an average 4.8/5+ rating (or equivalent) on freelance platforms.
  • Achieve >90% on-time delivery on committed micro-service projects.
  • Capture 5+ testimonial or case-study-worthy win per month for use in Story Books and marketing.

 

3. Internal Collaboration & Enablement Outcomes

 

  • Keep an accurate, live ClickUp pipeline/ZohoCRM of all leads, proposals, projects and upsell opportunities.
  • Create and update 10+ micro-service playbooks per quarter, e.g.:
  • “Standard AI Cold Email System package”
  • “Hiring Intake + AI Scoring micro-offer”
  • Earn consistently strong feedback from CX, Engineering and Data colleagues on:
  • How well you set expectations with clients
  • How clearly you brief internal teams

 

Key Responsibilities

 

A. Offer & Positioning – The “Menu” of Micro-Services

 

  • Deeply understand Aidapt’s 4 focus lanes and offers:
  • Hiring Systems
  • Intake Systems (form + routing + basic scoring)
  • AI Scoring Systems (rank applicants / leads automatically)
  • Trial Systems (structured trial tasks, feedback capture)
  • Sales Administration
  • Customized CRMs (pipelines, fields, automations)
  • AI Asset Generators (decks, one-pagers, email copy)
  • AI Nurture Systems (sequenced follow-up flows)
  • Lead Generation
  • AI Cold Email Systems (research + templates + sending workflows)
  • Application Systems (funnels for partners / affiliates / clients)
  • Content Systems (idea → draft → publish workflows)
  • Project Management
  • AI Automated Fulfilment (auto-create tasks, docs, notifications)
  • AI Onboarding Systems (new client / hire onboarding flows)
  • PM Systems (boards, statuses, automations)
  • Work with the Founder & Growth & CX Lead to:
  • Finalise standard packages (scope, price, timelines, deliverables) for each micro-service.
  • Keep these offers up-to-date based on market feedback.

 

B. Lead Generation on Upwork & Communities

 

  • Daily, search and shortlist relevant jobs on Upwork and similar platforms for:
  • Automating workflows
  • Integrating tools
  • AI assistants/agents around hiring, sales, lead gen, project management.
  • Write and send tailored proposals that:
  • Mirror the client’s language and problem
  • Map cleanly to one of our standard micro-services
  • Give a simple plan with clear next steps and price.
  • Monitor and participate in Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, Slack communities, etc.:
  • Reply to posts where our micro-services fit
  • Start respectful DMs when appropriate
  • Share occasional value posts to build authority (with support from the team).

 

C. Scoping, Closing & Handover

 

  • Run quick discovery chats (or async Q&A) to clarify:
  • Tools the client uses
  • The exact workflow they want automated or improved
  • What “success in 1–2 weeks” looks like.
  • Translate this into a clear, contained micro-service mapped to one of our offers:
  • e.g. “AI Cold Email System
