Associate Process Improvement Analyst

• Evaluate existing software development processes across the organization to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in implementing best practices and methodologies in project management, quality assurance, and resource management
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, encompassing documentation, process mapping, and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management, to identify improvement areas and implement best practices
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Develop metrics for tracking process performance and report progress to management
• Conduct regular assessments to identify and address process deviations
• Collect and analyze performance data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Good knowledge of software development processes, agile framework, quality assurance, project management, software audit practices, and industry best standards
• Good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of DevOps and Power BI dashboards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
