Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in project coordination or junior project management
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working in evening/night shifts
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Experience working with engineering teams
  • Basic understanding of APIs, frontend/backend concepts
  • Certifications like Scrum or PMP Foundation are a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing software projects
  • Coordinate tasks between development, design, and QA teams
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate when needed
  • Support sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure projects follow defined processes and timelines
