Job Summary:
Serve as a strategic learning partner across all ventures, designing and delivering impactful training programs, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and BPO trainers, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive skill development, process excellence, and performance improvement organization-wide, covering Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires and conduct post-training assessments.
- Organize training sessions on communication, soft skills, leadership, and time management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction & process-related trainings.
- Create training content, modules, and maintain training calendars/plotters.
- Manage LMS: upload courses, track learner progress, generate reports, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for BPOs and track ad-hoc & planned trainings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of training-related tasks.
- Support campaign-specific training (pre & post).
- Manage training-related projects including agent profiling, hiring support, and assessments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., TalentLMS, iSpring).
- Ability to design engaging training content (classroom + e-learning).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners (BPOs).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to assess training effectiveness.
