This is a full-time on-site role for an Asst. Manager Taxation at FAV Group in Karachi.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including Income Tax and Sales Tax across the Group.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for tax audits.
- Prepare and maintain tax-related records, reports, and files in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing tax reports for senior management and ensure all tax-related data is accurate and well-documented.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reconciliations and ensure timely reporting. Assist in resolving any discrepancies in tax audits.
- Assist in monitoring and handling tax notices, responding to inquiries.
- Assist in managing tax compliance across all entities within the Group.
- Ensure the proper documentation for all exemption applications, refunds, and tax credits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Partly Qualified professional qualification will be a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in taxation.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
