To prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for Building Technologies projects including HVAC control systems, electrical layouts, fire alarm systems, security, and other low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Job Overview
To prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for Building Technologies projects including HVAC control systems, electrical layouts, fire alarm systems, security, and other low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design:
- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for HVAC control systems, BMS layouts, fire alarm, access control, lighting control, and other ELV systems.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on site conditions, engineering feedback, or customer requirements.
- Prepare As-Built drawings after project completion.
- Coordinate with design engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings.
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper version control.
- Ensure drawings meet local codes, standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, etc.), and client specifications.
- Support preparation of technical submittals and shop drawings for consultant/contractor approval.
- Liaise with site teams to incorporate changes as per red-line markups.
- Conduct occasional site visits to gather necessary details for drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Understanding of BMS, HVAC, Electrical & ELV systems.
- Knowledge of drafting standards and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
