Experts Communication is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, with strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills. This role requires expertise in lead generation, business development, making calls, and sales strategy execution.

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 PKR (based on skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
• Make outbound calls and convert leads into potential clients
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversion rates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in the BPO, IT, or design industry
• Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
