Job Overview

We are a growing influencer marketing agency looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support our operational needs and manage influencer campaigns end to end. This role focuses on influencer and creator research, outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination, ensuring a consistent flow of collaborations and content delivery. You will work closely with leadership to manage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators aligned with campaign goals
• Conduct outreach via email and other platforms to initiate collaborations
• Manage communication, negotiation, and follow-ups with influencers
• Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and content submissions
• Review influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign requirements
• Track campaign progress and maintain records of outreach and collaborations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated clarity of thinking
• Full-time availability with committed working hours in a fast-paced startup environment

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, or an agency environment
• Working understanding of influencer marketing workflows and major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills, especially in professional email writing and influencer outreach
• Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities with consistency
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email for daily work
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for drafting, research, and workflow support, with an understanding of responsible usage.
