About the Role:

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership seriously, and doesn't hesitate to solve tough problems with simple, elegant code. You'll be working across a variety of projects, with autonomy and the chance to ship production-ready solutions from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize conversational AI tools that improve user experience and reduce response times.
• Create, enhance, and maintain custom web-based tools and dashboards tailored to internal business needs.
• Develop bots and integrations that eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Build reliable connections between disparate platforms and tools to streamline data and processes.
• Proactively identify and fix bugs, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks.
• Take full responsibility for the design, build, testing, and deployment of your projects; no hand-holding, no passing the buck.
• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and deliver solutions that work.

Technical Skills:

• Python, JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript a plus)
• Flask, FastAPI, Express, or similar
• HTML/CSS, React, or other JS frameworks (a plus)
• OpenAI API, LangChain, Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar
• RESTful APIs, webhook integration, automation tools/scripting
• Git, Postman, Linux CLI, basic CI/CD
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in production environments (freelance, startup, or product work counts).
• Portfolio, GitHub, or code samples are highly preferred.
