BI Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Executive to join our growing PMO team. The ideal candidate will support the Business Intelligence function by maintaining dashboards, resolving real-time issues, and delivering data-driven insights across departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient data utilization to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing BI dashboards and reports for multiple business functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time data and dashboard-related issues to ensure uninterrupted access.
• Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure clean and usable data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI/reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Work closely with the BI Manager to support various reporting and analytical projects.
• Perform regular data validation and integrity checks.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures related to BI operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a BI, data analysis, or reporting role (internships also considered).
• Strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling and database structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with real-time issue resolution in BI environments.
• Exposure to project management or working with PMO teams.
• Familiarity with data warehouses or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
