Summary
The branch manager will be responsible for managing the whole team in Multan. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as coordinating with the managers of other branches and with the COO regarding the monthly targets of the branch as well as work alongside the other operational departments in order to ensure proper operational flow of the branch. The branch manager will be responsible for the office environment as well as revenue generation of the branch.
Responsibilities
The branch manager will be responsible for managing the whole team in Multan. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as coordinating with the managers of other branches and with the COO regarding the monthly targets of the branch as well as work alongside the other operational departments in order to ensure proper operational flow of the branch. The branch manager will be responsible for the office environment as well as revenue generation of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Providing and making revenue statements of the branch.
- Handling of petty cash as well as branch operational expenses.
- Handle teams of different departments working in the office.
- Ensuring formal and professional office environments.
- Responsible for collaborating with export related events in the city and participating in them.
- Responsible for dealing with clients coming to the branch with payments and other important queries.
- Responsible for ensuring targets related to sales and services departments.
- Responsible for ensuring targets related Alibaba.com and Amazon.
- Responsible for conducting marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for conducting seminars and marketing campaigns.
- Guiding the employees regarding their sales and service targets.
- Support HR with current and future hiring needs
- Support Finance department with future forecasting of the office.
- Help employees manage client relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable leader with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Result-oriented individual with a can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure and deliver stated goals on time
- Prior experience regarding sales and services.
- Good knowledge regarding e-commerce and alibaba.com
- Above market remuneration.
