About The Role:
Oraan is looking for a Brand Associate-Community & Engagement to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about branding, customer engagement, and working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meta Moderation:
Oversee community guidelines on Meta platforms.
Respond to comments/messages on Instagram & Facebook.
- Facebook Community Management:
Engage and manage Facebook group members, fostering a positive environment.
- Play Store Review Management:
Monitor and respond to Google Play Store reviews, addressing user feedback.
- WhatsApp Saving Challenge Group Moderation:
Manage the saving challenge group, including monthly games, procurement of gifts, and tracking payments.
Highlight issues to customer support.
- Strategy for Promoting Saving Challenge:
Develop and implement strategies to promote and attract participants to the saving challenge.
- Partnerships with External Communities:
Identify and establish partnerships to broaden the saving challenge’s reach.
- Event Coordination for Challenge Completion:
Organize events to celebrate the conclusion of the saving challenge.
- Affiliate Program Management:
Oversee Oraan's Affiliate Program, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Social Media Scheduling:
Manage social media scheduling, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms.
- Financial Literacy Sessions:
Conduct sessions to educate corporate employees on personal finance management

Entry Requirements
- Strong communication and community management skills.
- Experience in social media moderation and customer engagement.
- Ability to coordinate events and manage partnerships.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
