About the role:

• Conceptualisation: Brainstorm and create designs that effectively communicate the company's message and objectives.
• Branding: Build, maintain and enhance the company's visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
• Graphic design: Create graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Typography: Use appropriate fonts and typography techniques to enhance the visual appeal of designs and motion graphics.
• Motion graphics: Develop engaging animations for marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotions to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
  
  
  

Qualification:

• Strong grasp in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio which showcases strong fundamentals and ambitions in the Visual Design space.
• Experience in designing digital and print materials, for social media, product marketing, offline collaterals and presentations.
• Exposure to working in a fast paced iterative environment - incorporating feedback, launching quickly, setting measures for success and learning from what gets shipped.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design & user research.
• Familiarity with a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and know how to apply them.
