BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO PAKISTAN HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A BRAND MANAGER IN LAHORE

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

  • E2E delivery of the NPI Project with follow ups and project management with NPI managers on more complex projects
  • Ensure to deliver projects in an agile manner and facilitate the team to deliver stretched aspirations for timelines in NPI
  • Present and engage on analysis for senior management from the system of NPI progress and management
  • Escalation to the right forums to ensure bottlenecks are resolved in time.
  • Managing RAID ( Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for all NPI projects with all the stakeholders
  • Manage the NPI deployment team to ensure effective delivery

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

The Brand Manager - NPI will be responsible for assisting the delivery of the New Product Initiatives working closely with the brand strategic unit as well as the Ops NPI team to deliver the projects as per the teams’ strategic intent..

Accountabilities

  • Delivering all NPIs at desired timelines with innovation in process
  • Solid alignment to packaging guidelines in development of AW to ensure smooth approval process
  • High accuracy on system and ensuring it is kept up-to date

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in marketing and brand roles.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Graduate in marketing management or finance
