Brand Manager

We are seeking a data-savvy and strategically creative Brand Manager to drive the next phase of our brand evolution. This role requires someone who can connect the dots between brand storytelling, audience engagement, and data-led insights to position Disrupt.com as a globally recognized thought leader in venture capital.
What you will be expected to perform
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Lead the refinement and execution of Disrupt.com’s brand architecture, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints
Build a bold and consistent brand presence across global markets, supporting founder outreach, partner engagement, and investor trust
Analytics-Backed Brand Campaign:
Develop and roll out data-driven brand campaigns, using audience insights, media performance, and growth metrics to shape strategy
Define and track KPIs across brand awareness, sentiment, engagement, and pipeline influence—tying brand performance to business results
Corporate Communications:
Manage the narrative across external channels—press releases, thought leadership articles, partner communication, and reputation management
Work closely with PR agencies and content partners to ensure Disrupt.com is top-of-mind in tech and venture capital ecosystems
Digital, Content & Social Oversight:
Drive content calendars, social storytelling, and founder-led brand initiatives with a strong feedback loop from analytics
Partner with internal and portfolio stakeholders to ensure content reflects investment theses, success stories, and sector focus (AI, Web3, etc.)
Event & Campaign Execution:
Co-lead the conceptualization and branding of strategic events, launches, and media moments (e.g., fund announcements, founder features)
Ensure brand consistency across sponsorships, booth designs, merchandise, and digital experiences
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing analytics, ideally in a VC, tech, or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven success in building and scaling data-informed brand strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Strong command of tools like Google Analytics, CRM - lead management, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and brand tracking dashboards
- Experience managing PR partners, creatives, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact brand outcomes
- Deep interest in emerging technology, venture capital, and storytelling through both content and data
