The Brand Operations Manager ensures that all brand activations and marketing initiatives are executed to the highest standards, driving operational excellence according to the toolkits and campaign guidelines driven by the Consumer Experience and Shopper Marketing teams.
The role involves leading the Brand Operations team to audit activations, manage and drive efficiency with our third-party deployment agencies and reporting on key market deployments, ensuring adherence to merchandising and planogram standards through regular store audits.
The Brand Operations Manager will play a key role in improving deployment effectiveness and execution excellence, collecting insights and data for evaluation of all activation initiatives to drive growth in awareness, trials, and consumer acquisition with the ambition of supporting strategic role of Accelerator to a Smokeless World.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop a compliance & execution framework Conduct regular audits to ensure that marketing activations adhere to the guidelines provided by the Consumer Experience team. Ensure that all activations maintain brand consistency, quality, and are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Third-Party Agency Management Support the Market Deployment Manager in managing external deployment agencies, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and guidelines. Monitor agency performance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution of activations.
- Deployment Audit & Reporting Lead in-store audits to assess planogram compliance and the application of merchandising principles. Capture and report key touchpoints, providing detailed insights for improving future activations.
- Competitor Insights Gathering Work closely with Brand Ambassadors to capture data on competitor activations and analyse market trends.
- Share insights with internal teams to refine marketing strategies.
- Support Shopper Marketing Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing team to ensure planogramming and merchandising principles are effectively executed. Support the deployment of toolkits and ensure compliance with the approved guidelines during store audits.
- PO & Vendor Management Assist in the management of POs, vendor onboarding, and payment tracking. Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and accurate completion of GR Notes.
- Qualification in Marketing
- Min 5 Years of experience in Trade Marketing or related field
- Experience with agency management preferable
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and financial acumen.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, both locally and remotely located, across geographies and time zones
- Written and spoken fluency in English (proficiency in another language is desirable not essential)
