One of our clients, an upcoming No-Code Software Development Agency specializing in Bubble.io as its full-stack development platform of choice is looking to hire a Bubble Team Lead.

About the Client:

Our client specializes in delivering high-quality, no-code/low-code digital solutions using platforms like Bubble.io, Webflow, and Figma. They help clients bring their ideas to life with fast and effective web app development. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and driven Bubble Team Lead to join their team and help push the boundaries of no-code development.

Role Overview:

As the Bubble Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development of Bubble.io projects, managing junior developers, and integrating custom code solutions to make web and mobile apps more powerful.

You will work closely with the founder, designers and product managers, and junior developers to deliver high-quality web applications. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background in Bubble who is looking to grow as a professional and become an emerging leader within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Bubble.io developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain web applications using Bubble.io and integrate custom code (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) as needed to enhance functionality.
• Read and understand API documentation to integrate third-party services and extend Bubble's functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to build seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Bubble.io and web development trends, ensuring that the team is always using best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and ensuring scalability.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the development team, aiming for continuous improvement and innovation.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Bubble developer, with strong proficiency in Bubble.io
• Solid experience in custom code development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML).
• Strong understanding of API integrations and the ability to read and implement API documentation effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a senior leadership role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
