About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions to support strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to align business and technical teams
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
  • Develop business process models, user stories, and use cases
  • Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and features
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support change management initiatives and user training sessions


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
