About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions to support strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to align business and technical teams
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Develop business process models, user stories, and use cases
- Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and features
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support change management initiatives and user training sessions
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
