We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. The role involves engaging directly with clients to gather requirements, understand their business challenges, and ensure that solutions delivered meet their expectations. This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients to capture and understand business needs.
- Conduct client meetings and interviews to gather and document requirements.
- Translate client requirements into clear functional specifications for internal teams (design, development, QA, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage requirement changes, clarifications, and ensure scope alignment.
- Prepare and present requirement documentation, workflows, user stories, and process maps.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure final solutions meet client needs.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through professional communication and trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with international clients.
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and requirements simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software development or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management systems.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).

- Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Salary Range: Market Competitive
