REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business needs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data using SQL and BI tools to extract actionable insights.
  • BI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
  • Process Documentation: Prepare BRDs, and FSDs, and design AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
  • Agile Practices: Experience with Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira for project management.
  • Testing & Validation: Perform UAT to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
