The Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to own and execute our growth strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify marketing opportunities with restaurants, develop a promotion plan utilizing qlub data and marketing channels, measure results and optimize via A/B tests. You will also be closely involved in optimizing conversion funnel, customer tip behavior, loyalty club and other customer-centric projects. You'll have the opportunity to use your skills in data analysis, programming and marketing strategy to extract insights from complex data sets and devise marketing plans based on it. If you're a self-starter with a passion for data driven marketing, customer behavior and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on our team!

As a Business Analyst focusing on
- Coordination / Internal Communication (20%)
 - Segmentation and Data analysis ( 40% )
 - Campaign strategy and execution (40%)
 
- Relevant business degree;
 - Fluency in English is a must;
 - Strong Analytical Skills: We're looking for candidates who can analyze complex data, identify trends, and extract insights that drive business decisions
 - Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
 - Programming Skills: Experience creating complex datasets using BigQuery, A/B testing via Python or GA, data wrangling in Python, Web & App analytics via GA4 and Data Studio.
 - Interest in understanding customer behavior: Ability to build hypothesis around customer behavior and delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data
 - Communication and Collaboration Skills: You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, so effective communication and collaboration are vital.
 - Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
 - You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
