The role?

As a Business Analyst (Pakistan), you will play a critical role in driving data-backed financial

insights that guide strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-

functional teams and leadership to build robust financial models, analyze complex datasets, and

translate numbers into clear, actionable business recommendations. This role is ideal for

someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working in both Excel and SQL, and passionate

about solving business problems through data. If you're a self-starter with strong financial

modelling skills, a deep curiosity for performance drivers, and a desire to make a meaningful

impact, we’d love to have you on our team!

Financial Modelling & Business Case Analysis (40%)

• Build, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate new initiatives.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario modeling, and ROI assessments to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Support pricing, cost, and profitability analysis to improve business outcomes.
  
  

Performance Analysis & Insights (40%)

• Conduct periodic deep-dive analyses to understand performance trends and variance drivers.
• Identify improvement opportunities through structured financial and operational analysis.
• Present insights to senior management through reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
  
  

Data Extraction, Automation & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

• Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from internal systems and BI tools.
• Develop automated templates, dashboards, and workflows to streamline recurring analyses.
• Partner closely with business teams and leadership to support decision-making with accurate, timely insights.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Relevant business degree;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Strong Analytical Skills: We're looking for candidates who can analyze complex data, identify trends, and extract insights that drive business decisions
• Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• SQL Querying Skills: Experience creating complex datasets using BigQuery, A/B testing, data extraction and analysis
• Interest in understanding customer behavior: Ability to build hypothesis around customer behavior and delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, so effective communication and collaboration are vital.
