Key Responsibilities: Analysis, Optimization, and Revenue
Your daily focus will be maximizing both Customer Experience (CX) and key conversion metrics:
- Conversion Strategy: Develop, prioritize, and manage a robust A/B testing roadmap focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) like Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Revenue Per Visitor (RPV).
- Friction Point Identification: Utilize tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior, identifying friction points on product pages, cart, and checkout.
- A/B Test Execution: Design, set up, and execute A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and valid, actionable conclusions are drawn.
- UX/UI Recommendation: Work collaboratively with design and development teams to recommend and implement winning test variations that permanently improve the User Experience (UX).
- Reporting & Insights: Accurately track all test results and optimization data, contributing to reporting that identifies winning strategies and drives organizational learning.
- Mandatory Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or E-commerce Analytics is essential.
- E-commerce Proficiency: Must be comfortable and experienced with the tools and metrics of high-growth e-commerce (e.g., AOV, LTV, CR, familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms).
- Analytical & Data Skills: Outstanding ability to interpret complex data sets, formulate testing hypotheses, and calculate statistical significance.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely) and key web analytics software (Google Analytics/GA4) is a significant advantage.
- Work Environment: Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable thriving in a remote, high-performance setting.
- A dedicated personal computer or laptop (i5 processor or modern equivalent).
- A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload speed).
- A quiet, professional workspace suitable for conducting clear, uninterrupted calls and video meetings.
