Job Description:

The Advertising Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with clients in the advertising industry. This role requires strategic thinking and a passion for driving business growth through innovative advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the advertising sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights relevant to client needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling advertising proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Track and report on sales and business development metrics.
  • Stay informed about advertising industry trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development within the advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.


This full-time position requires in-person presence, fostering direct interaction with clients and collaboration with the team to achieve remarkable results in the advertising industry.
