We’re a fast-growing Amazon Agency specializing in Amazon PPC, A+ Content, Brand Store Design, and Full Account Management for top-tier sellers.

Our clients range from selllers who just started selling or 7-figure private label brands to enterprise vendors, and we’re looking for a sharp, persuasive Business Developer to help us scale by acquiring high-value clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms.

Your Mission

Hunt, pitch, and close high-ticket Amazon sellers needing our services (PPC, Creatives, Listings, etc.).

Write ultra-personalized, conversion-optimized proposals on Upwork and other platforms.

Turn cold outreach into booked discovery calls (supported by our founder & sales playbook).

What You’ll Do

1. Upwork & Freelance Platform Bidding

Analyze 50+ job posts/week (Amazon PPC, A+ Content, EBC Design, etc.).

Write custom, non-generic proposals in <15 mins using our swipe files.

Embed pre-recorded Loom videos (we provide) to stand out.

Use Upwork’s Boost Proposals strategically for high-potential leads.

2. Client Acquisition & Outreach

Identify and DM Amazon sellers on LinkedIn/Facebook groups.

Follow up via email/Upwork messages to book discovery calls.

Pass qualified leads to our Amazon strategists for closing.

3. Data-Driven Optimization

Track proposal-to-hire rates in ClickUp/Sheets.

A/B test subject lines, hooks, and CTAs to maximize conversions.

Flag high-budget clients ($5K+/mo potential) for priority handling.

4. Market Intelligence

Report on competitor pricing, new Amazon trends, and client pain points.

Suggest new service angles (e.g., “TikTok + Amazon ads synergy”).

Who You Are

1–2 years of Upwork bidding (ecommerce/Amazon niche preferred).

Native-level English – persuasive, concise, no AI fluff.

Obsessed with conversions (you love split-testing hooks).

Basic Amazon knowledge (PPC, A9 algorithm, creatives).

Tech-savvy (ClickUp, ChatGPT for research, Loom).

Bonus Points If You…

Have closed Amazon clients before (PPC, creatives, etc.).

Understand Amazon metrics (ACOS, TACoS, CTR).

Can record short videos (for personalized pitches).
