Job Identification
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to be a part of our Head Office Team in Lahore.
What We Expect
- Perform duties of Contracts Counsel, including drafting and reviewing agreements, MoUs, notices etc. of the company with its customers, business partners; updating standardized agreements to be used by different functions; handling the company’s contract management systems.
- Design and organize the office record keeping system and ensure maintenance of files and records.
- Research, compile, prepare, and provide written/verbal legal opinion, research and reports as per business need.
- Assist Senior Legal Counsel in providing assistance to internal stakeholders with regards to legal compliance of company policies & procedures.
- Budget management through monitoring of department expenses on a monthly basis, especially external counseling expenses.
- Record minutes, prepare forms and agendas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Law (LLB)
- 0-2 years of experience required
