Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects aligned with customer objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Foster strong relationships to promote customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with branding efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, customer success, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, project management tools, and data analysis software.


Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with software development cycles and technology solutions.
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Knowledge of CMS, website analytics, and basic web development principles.
  • Hands-on experience with paid and organic lead generation campaigns.
