Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects aligned with customer objectives and timelines.
- Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Foster strong relationships to promote customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with branding efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, customer success, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, project management tools, and data analysis software.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with software development cycles and technology solutions.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
- Knowledge of CMS, website analytics, and basic web development principles.
- Hands-on experience with paid and organic lead generation campaigns.
