Job Title: Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team at our Lahore office. The candidate will work onsite in Lahore and travel to KSA or other global locations as required by business needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Accounting, Finance, and Production within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 modules for SCM, Project Accounting, Finance, and Production to meet business requirements.
- Customize workflows and integrate solutions to enhance system performance.
2. Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional designs and actionable solutions.
3. Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system operation.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
4. Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Propose best practices and innovative solutions to address business challenges.
5. Training and Documentation:
- Train end-users and key stakeholders on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
6. Travel:
- Be available for travel to KSA or any global location based on business needs for meetings, training sessions, or project implementations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven expertise in SCM, Project Accounting, Finance, and Production modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain, manufacturing, and financial operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Lahore and travel as required.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience with global business practices, including VAT compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
