We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads and drive sales through LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn outreach.
• Bid on relevant projects and secure contracts on Upwork.
• Implement lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline.
Sales & Business Growth
• Promote Investor Documents, Virtual CFO, Business Planning, and Financial Consulting services.
• Conduct discovery calls, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acquired through LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and maximize repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy Development
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity on LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Continuously improve outreach and bidding strategies to increase conversions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead Generation: Minimum 50-70 new LinkedIn connections per week with targeted outreach.
Upwork Bidding: Minimum 20-30 quality weekly bids on relevant projects.
Client Meetings: Minimum 5-10 monthly discovery calls with potential clients.
Sales & Conversions: Close at least 3-5 deals per month.
Revenue Targets: Generate at least PKR 200,000 in invoiced sales per month.
Response Time: Reply to LinkedIn messages and Upwork inquiries within 24 hours.
Client Retention: Ensure high satisfaction rates for repeat business.
Compensation: PKR 35,000 fixed + commission.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or lead generation.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven expertise in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
Strong understanding of Upwork bidding and project acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and email marketing.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
