Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and expand our portfolio of local clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Identify, approach, and successfully onboard local clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal departments for client setup, documentation, and service activation.
Business Development:
Generate leads through market research, referrals, cold calls, and local networking.
Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client acquisition.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients.
Understand client needs and ensure delivery of appropriate solutions to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting company services to local businesses.
Prepare proposals and negotiate deals effectively.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular updates and insights to the management team regarding client feedback, sales pipeline, and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably dealing with local clients).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and client-facing communication tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Familiarity with the local market and business landscape is a plus.
