We're on the hunt for a product thinker with a bias for action. Curious, creative, and growth-obsessed, you understand that building great products means wearing multiple hats, from UX to SEO to marketing. You’ve got enough experience to move fast, and just the right hunger to move faster.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Leading the product vision and roadmap, ensuring a seamless strategic journey.
- Exploring customer pain points, identifying opportunities, and introducing ideas that enhance growth and satisfaction.
- Advocating for the product across teams, fostering alignment and enthusiasm.
- Transforming strategy into engaging user stories, specifications, and prototypes that drive innovation.
- Keeping a sharp focus on priorities, ensuring efforts are directed toward high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with tech, marketing, and sales, creating solutions with speed and efficiency.
- Monitoring, refining, and optimizing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and continuously refining experiences.
- Representing the product both internally and externally, strengthening its presence and influence.
What We are looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or app environments
- Good grasp of UX principles and interface design
- Experience working across the full product lifecycle
- Exposure to growth strategies, SEO, and content-led products
- Basic technical understanding—you can talk the talk with devs
- Clear, concise communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and data-savvy
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
