Responsibilities:
Identify and apply to relevant jobs daily on Upwork
Write persuasive, tailored proposals that convert
Follow up with clients, answer queries, and close deals
Maintain communication logs and report on lead status
Help build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with our team to ensure proper project scoping
Requirements:
Proven experience winning jobs on Upwork (please provide examples)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding strategy and platform dynamics
Ability to understand and pitch services like Web/App Development, SEO, Marketing, and Design
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
Nice to Have:
Experience with Upwork agency accounts
Background in IT/Digital Agencies
Familiarity with CRMs or lead tracking systems
Compensation:
Full-time, salary-based role
