Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to effectively manage front desk operations and guest relations are essential for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
- Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff ensuring smooth operations.
- Receiving incoming mail and promptly distributing it to the relevant receiver.
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of both incoming and outgoing emails
- Handling the scheduling and booking of meetings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for any activities related to the overall administration of the office.
Required Skill

- Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment.

Experience:
- Minimum: 3-4 years
- Preferred: Prior experience in a guest relations/front desk operations or administrative role is preferred
Education/Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelors
- Preferred: Masters
