This role will focus on driving growth through strategic initiatives, lead generation, and solidifying our reputation across industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives, ensuring synergy with corporate goals.
• Use your network and expertise to generate leads, promote our services and create long-term partnerships with clients.
• Promote the firm as a leader through tailored marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitches, presentations, business proposals, and engagement letters for key clients.
• Conduct research to monitor trends and client needs, identifying new opportunities for market leadership.
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing proposed fees and charges, ensuring alignment with firm terms and managing the business development process to closure.
• Enhance the firm’s visibility through networking, industry events, and direct client meetings in key sectors.
• Support the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional events.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, tracking progress against KPIs and targets.
