Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer to drive growth in Technical Staffing Services (TSS) & Project Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business expansion within the staffing and project services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Technical Staffing & Project Services.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships with corporate & industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare & present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Work closely with recruitment & operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry forums.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 07 years of experience in business development, preferably in TSS & Project Services.
- Strong understanding of manpower supply, staffing, and contract hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve budget targets.
- Experience in tendering, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
