Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Lahore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, supporting sales efforts, and finalizing sales by maintaining client relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Lead Generation
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Relevant experience in business development or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or estimating industry is a plus
